  This is our first time dining with Bamboo Village (formally Hot Wok) we waited for 35 minutes for our takeout order. A father and son came in after us for a dine in order followed by a father and daughter for a takeout order and both were served their orders before we were served ours. This is horrible in our opinion. When this was the hot wok we waited 15 maybe 20 minutes max on our takeout orders. On top of all of this, the prices for the food have gone up and the customer service has taking a downward spiral.

  First and last time I use this place. I walked placed a to go order waited 30 minutes while other take out orders that were placed after me came and went. I finally asked what was going on and the women behind the counter stared blankly and then frantically dug through the orders before admitting that she lost my order. All she had to was turn around and place the receipt on a board three feet away but that proved to be too much of a challenge. Ten minutes later another worker dropped a bag on the table and said "here you go." No apologies No explanation. I drove 30 minutes home only to discover that it was only a partial order. When I called to complain a women who identified herself as the manager said she was aware of it but she was to busy and hung up. Stay away they are either incompetent or do not care and in either case that's not the kind of people you want preparing your food.
